I got this out of frustration with the Walmart ones I bought last year. I am also running out of Rubbermaid containers when I give some friends stuff I make, or freezing leftovers. These had a solid feel and seems sturdy. Will update after I thaw out one leftover and it does not break. The lids though did not seem to cover all each as it should. I have washed and prepped 12 pieces for use in the kitchen. My dude also likes cold coffee so I make a pot and put away the extra for him to use for the next 3 days. So it's important the lids actually do stay flat since I put them on top of each other. Right now, I have a lopsided 3-tier coffee tower in the fridge and it is not calming that it might suddenly fall and I'd have to clean up all the mess in the fridge. ... show more

I enjoy using these, because they hold up so very well. I love being able to use them to organize my pantry and refrigerator; keep everything consistent and in order in them both! They don’t leak air in, and won’t allow fluids (like soups) to escape out.

I love these containers. I buy them quite frequently. Usually they are great all around. This last batch however has lids that don't quite fit. I can sort of make them work, but not well.
