I love this massager. It works really well and gives a lot of relief. Admittedly there's a few other good options (though this one is priced better and is arguably the better buy), but this one comes with a carrying case to add convenience. With this massager, you get good heat and a deep massage. It's a lot cheaper than paying someone for a one-time service. Oh and it's made really well.     • Plug-in Electric shiatsu neck massager
This plug in electric neck massager works well in massaging my neck as the “fingers” are unequal lengths and which dig into my stiff and sore back muscles. This device is also set to change the rotation every min so you’ll get clock wise rotation and the counter clockwise rotation without having to change it myself. The heat setting was a little weak in my opinion but it does have a little amount of heat that can help loosen the muscles while it’s massaging. The heat button only turns the heat on/off, I wished it had different heat levels to select from. The speed on this is setup a bit differently than other massagers I’ve used. This device goes medium speed to high speed to low speed, most devices either go low,med,high or the inverse but I guess this makes this product unique. Overall I really get a good neck massage with this device due to the unequal “finger” lengths of the massage head, the negatives I have on this is that the heat should have selectable heat levels plus it would be a bit more convenient if this had a rechargeable battery instead of having to be plugged into an outlet to use. Oh one last comment even thought this device needs to be plugged in to operate this device has a 12V plug that allows this massager to be used in the car also. ... show more

This hits the spot - yeah, there, right there...mmm. Well, jokes aside, this is a really nice neck massager, someone has put some great thought into it. I am a WFH office drone so I am spending all hours on my computer which can cause some tension. The sides have loops to put your arms through and it makes it very easy to move those across you neck, shoulders and back to get to the tight spots. Your arms easily re-position the massager. This is not some flimsy thing, the rotating knobs go deep and pack a punch. Of course you control the depth and intensity not only with the controls but also by how hard you pull down with your arms. This massager gives good relief to my neck and shoulder after a long day of work. This has two massage head simulates two thump finger, but the advantage is 8 massage node in each head which gives better massage. This comes with heating function, an added advantage. Once adjusted correctly on shoulder and hold the strap this gives good massage. However the strap length can not be adjusted, that could be improved. ... show more

I've used my fair share of portable shoulder massagers and I can say that this is one of the better ones. I'm short with broad shoulders and it hits the sore spots perfectly. With some adjustments you can reach other areas like the neck and lower back. The heating function is nice and the entire massage ball area illuminates a soft red when it's on. This unit is on the lighter side, which is a welcome change from my old clunky one. I love trying out these massagers, and this has been one of the best for a few reasons. First of all I love the portability factor- it comes with a case so I can easily stash the devices away in a convenient package. Most importantly, it just works well. I'm absolutely thrilled with this neck/shoulder/back massager – it's the best I've ever used! Its design allows for precise control over the massage area and intensity based on how you hold it, providing a customized experience. Although the cord is too short for my liking, I'd rather opt for a cordless version to enjoy massages while moving around the house. This is a very powerful unit. I have had other similar massagers that didn’t give half the amount of pressure. It fits nicely on my neck while in my recliner and the amount of pressure on the arm slings adjusts the intensity of the rollers. I usually set it for the slow speed since I tend to be a little tactily defensive in my neck. It’s sturdy enough but not overpowering with bulk.
