It’s a nice little gadget, and if you can get it positioned right, it provides some relief. Heat works. Unfortunately one side is very squeaky - to the point of being distracting. It squeaked from the first use and hasn’t improved with time. Update: based on my review, the seller reached out and offered an agreeable solution by offering to replace the defective object. This massage helps relieve aches and revives my energy. It is easy to move around and I use it often. I love it. Strongly recommend. Update: it stopped working today. Lasted 10/11 months. I am bummed it stopped working, but it is still so much less expensive than going to get massages from a person. So it is still a win. Smells a little weird right out of the box but otherwise the quality is fantastic and the massage is heavenly. It’s the perfect addition to the back massager we already have that doesn’t quite reach the neck. Offers lots of great settings including heat and vibrate.

It's a good massager and really hits all the important areas, but the motor is weak and is already dying after less than one year of use. Recently the motor has slowed down and has started squeaking during use which is distracting when you're trying to relieve tension.
