Ingredients are far better than many, if not most average multivitamins. A good balance for most people + mineral, K2, enzymes, probiotics, glucosamine, MSM, Botswalla, White Willow Bark extract, Gingko, Boron, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Grape, Reservatrol, Rutin, Lycopene & Xeoxanthin with an organ
ic veggie and fruit mix. Still has Maltodextrin, Acacia Gum and Silica fillers (as do most vitamins), which can be problematic for some people. Less than 100% DV of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chromium, and pottasium. This is not a "deficiency" of the vitamin-mineral complex, but is of note for those who may need supplementation in this area, and may not be needed by some, and would add to the bulk of the vitamins, of which thae daily dosage is already 4x/day. A very good balance of vitamins and mineral for general supplementation. Better than average, and some excellent sources - notably instead of cyanocobalamin (a cyanide & B-12 combined molecule of which there have been concerns raised, this complex uses methylcobalamin, and others.) The first night after I took these, I had trouble sleeping, and yet that subsided on night 2. This can be a normal reaction to varying supplementation, however, but something to be aware of when starting or changing supplementation, so no worries. I wouldn't only suggest these for those women who are 50+, but for anyone who is interested in becoming healthier, as many vitamin supplements fall short, and aren't well balanced, in contrast. These are a little expensive, but a good deal for the quality of ingredients, which is to be expected for natural, and better, more assimilable ingredients. For optimal nutrition, also take a look at your Omega-3 fatty acids, hyaluronic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, chromium and phosphorous needs, as well as your diet, fiber, fat, protein, caloric intake and other needs, which may need to be adjusted as per your specific needs. Having intracellular vitamin, mineral and nutritional testing can help you dial in optimal nutrition for you specifically. Overall, one of the best mass-market vitamin/mineral supplements I've seen, so a thumbs up on the ingredients list from me. An excellent start for those looking for a good vitamin, mineral, probiotic, etc. supplement. Bravo that a nutritional company is putting out better products for consumers! I would like to see improvements across the board in this industry, and in true Healthcare, instead of Sick care. You have to wonder why quality supplements are not covered by "Health insurance", nor is nutrition not the focus of our "Healthcare system", and even it is, the forms of supplementation are rarely addressed, and after 50+ YEARS, the CDC, NIH, etc. STILL say they have "insufficient evidence" for therapeutic nutritional and herbal products that have been used for thousands of years. Bravo, Naturelo! Let's get more people on the road to proper nutrition and health! Excellent product! Thank you! If you want to be healthier, this product is a great way to start!
