Ascorbic acid in compressed pill form. How do you rate that? Most of the complaints are about swallowing or broken pills or dust. If you can't swallow it, break it up, crush it, dissolve in juice (which is also a good source). For those of us who have found it beneficial and after months of adjustment, discovered the right dosage, and used to taking a handful of supplements daily, this brand and product are primarily easy to obtain, hits the price points and accomplishes the desired result.
