I started taking magnesium glycinate for help with sleep, and man oh man does it help! I finally broke my old no sleep habits with this stuff, it's great! I included a picture with a mechanical pencil for size reference. They aren't too big, but not dainty either. I'll definitely keep buying these!

I take these at night with my Valerian root tincture and a cup of tea and hour or half an hour before bed. I sleep sooooo much better now and wake up with more energy and feeling refreshed. The capsules are huge it's true haha I do believe this brands quality is great and there's nothing hidden about it. I have noticed that I'll wake up with nausea and indigestion though... I think some people experience these side effects with any magnesium so I'll have to look more into it. I recommend these supplements though! They're quality and work great. ... show more

These are exactly what I was looking for: each capsule has 100mg of magnesium (not counting the glycinate). Ya gotta read that label closely- many other products have barely 100mg in 4 capsules.
