Affordable, good ingredients (nothing extra or toxic) and effective that’s exactly what this Magnesium Glycinate is! I’m So grateful I found a good version of it that I can afford! I am an outdoor jogger in Florida so I was struggling with bad muscle cramps up my foot, leg and into my back which was starting to happen often and at random so I found that to be very scary. I also tended to get headaches after jogging and couldn’t figure out why after drinking a good amount of water! This supplement eliminates all of those ailments. Plus I was hoping it would help me sleep deeper, more effectively and more cozy which it succeeds in doing too! Frankly I just feel better the next day after I’ve taken it! And it makes me sleep within about an hour and a half to 2 hour time. I take it with food and water since I read it could affect some people negatively without food. One week insomnia magnesium glycinate 100mg review. *A full dose on the bottle is 200mg (two pills) and up to 500mg is recommended online but I’m not sure I want to take that much of any supplement. Sticking with my 100mg (one pill) dose for now. It does not help me fall asleep at all. It takes 2-3 hours on average to fall asleep. No phone. BUT once I’m asleep I’m out dude. I’m not getting up to pee, I go back to sleep if my dogs wake me up. I’m sleeping past my normal 3 am wake up with anxiety hour!!! I haven’t woken up at 3 am once. That’s truly incredible. Even if I don’t fall asleep until midnight or 1am I’m sleeping in until 7 with full uninterrupted sleep. That’s amazing. I’ve never been able to just fall back asleep before. This is a huge insomnia win. No groggy feeling in the morning. Some people report stomach issues but I’m not having any change in BM. Probably because I take such a tiny amount and Magnesium citrate is usually the poo supplement so I think I’m good. It allegedly has hormone balancing benefits as well. I’m going through infertility with a PCOS diagnosis and this is a pregnancy safe supplement so I’m optimistic in that regard.     • Pills are huge but they make a difference

For me personally, it helped me sleep through the night better, I won’t wake up as often as I used to. The only thing I have complains about is that the pills are HUGE and hard to swallow lol but you can get used to it. And the product is kinda mislabel since it says 200mg but it’s 200mg if you take 2 pills, since each pill is 100mg. Aside from that, it arrived well, it worked for me and I’m about to purchase my second bottle. Even in nights where I don’t take it, I still sleep well since the effects carry from nights before. At the beginning I did get light migraines (first 3 nights) and it would make me drowsy, but with time those effects wore off. Would recommend! ... show more

I chose this magnesium because it’s a lower mg than many others on the market. I have read too much magnesium is also not good for you. I take this about 30 mins before bed and it helps me sleep so well. It feels like an “off switch” for my brain. I have had no side effects from it but I do also find it helps me stay regular. Let me say that I do like nature, maids, products, but I think it's a bit deceptive when they put 200 mg on the bottle, but you need to take two capsules to get 200 mg, why don't they just put 100 mg per capsule, be upfront about it.
