It's best to do your own research on the benefits of black seed oil. For me, I have been up and down with my weight my entire life. Now, I am down 15 lbs after taking black seed over the last 3 months (along with Berberine). Only time will tell if it stays off. Easy to take, great results for what I was looking for. Love this company. I've tried 7 or 8 other products and they never let me know. My only complaint is the resealable seal came broken and doesn't' work so I had to put the bag inside of another Ziploc back.
