I am taking half of the suggested dose. I notice flattening in my mid section and my appetite is less. Just prepare for restroom trips a little more frequently.

I didn't feel any change while taking these items during the day or night. What really helped was the actual colon fiber, drink mix. These were just an ad on that was not needed.

I’ve been on the supplements and the colon broom powder for a few weeks. I have lost 2 lbs during that time and I would say it is contributed to the appetite suppression I feel with the supplements. I feel fuller longer and don’t feel like I am hungry every 5 seconds. I know apart of me losing weight for myself has to do with my blood sugar (a nutritionist told me this) I’m always running low which stores fat.
