    • If you have the money and you're serious about great grilling results, buy it!
I previously had a Cuisinart grill that worked great for the first year, but as cheap grills do, its performance quickly diminished, and it struggled to maintain 400 degrees on a hot day. This grill maintains 425 degrees when it's cold outside with every burner on low. The metal is thick and doesn't wobble as many cheap grills do, and due to the stainless steel used in materials being 300 grade, it will be quite rust-resistant for several years. The infrared burner is a game changer when it comes to searing food. Every steak I've cooked on this grill has a great sear resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy/flavorful interior. Since the temperature throughout the grill maintains the level you want, it makes accurate grilling easy. The one-time I used the rotisserie burner resulted in a tremendous rotisserie chicken and vegetables that I put in the basket that can be purchased separately. The flame control works significantly well with keeping flame-ups moderate to non-existent with several burgers on the grill. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the grill and happy I chose a Napoleon. Beautiful grill! high temperature love the In side infrared searing station which I used for my Ahi. Got the smoker attachment and the vegetable rotisserie basket. We would highly recommend paying for installers as the instruction manual (and also the video on Tube) have no details and poorly explained. The wiring for the infrared stations a tricky and also how to align the doors was very poorly explained. aside from that GREAT GRILL and also the 3rd party vender "SPOTIX" was fantastic to work with... LOTS of help from them. ... show more

    • Napoleon customer service is POOR.
The grill was assembled and from the get go the electronic ignitor for the side burner and rotisserie burner did not work. I went through the suggested trouble shooting procedure and it still is not working. No spark. I have been trying to contact Napoleon support for a week now to no avail. They put you on terminal hold and if you select the call back option they do not call back. I also sent a detailed email of the issue and got a reply with a case number asking for additional information which I provided promptly. That was five days ago and as yet no response. I have been a Weber buyer for many years and ventured out to try a different grill and to my regret. If you expect reasonable service from Napoleon I suggest you look to a different manufacturer. I am extremely disappointed with Napoleon and do not recommend purchasing a Napoleon grill. ... show more
