Everything about this company is bad; the scooter itself, their customer service, their parts, etc. The scooters are built very cheap. Expect to replace parts often. The replacement parts are often hard to obtain -- on this particular model the sizes are slightly obscure compared to common parts online. I've received replacement parts only to have them fail in a couple weeks, or be DOA. They're a China based company so expect a lot of miscommunication. A lot of their parts are located in China, so you'll be paying a lot on the parts for shipping. Pay a bit more and go with a company that has better quality/service. ... show more
