I recently bought my vacuum, put it together and have only used it once to try it out. But the first time using it was easy. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. It seems durable and the battery charged pretty fast. The power/suction works on both my hardwood and mid-thick carpet floors. My only suggestion when new model is made would be to change the speed indicator light to change color with speed change or something to say if it’s on high or low speed. **Updated review I recently purchased and utilized the vacuum. I only have one complaint about it right now, the head is easy to flip while vacuuming. The battery and suction are still working great! The overall product is great! Also, the customer service has been very helpful and willing to provide assistance if needed and answer questions I may have as a customer! That is awesome to experience! I'm really liking this vacuum. It works really well and is affordable, unlike those big-name brands. We have several pets, so keeping up with the hair can be a challenge. This vacuum is much more convenient than dragging out the corded vacuum, and does just as good a job. The vacuum is light and easy to use, so the floors get cleaned more often. Love this vacuum. It is so light yet powerful. Convenient to just whip it out and clean up a mess. My only complaint is that I have a golden retriever who sheds a lot so the compartment that holds everything fills up really quickly. I really like this for cleaning in between using my large corded one. I have a medium haired dog that sheds quit a bit so I was worried about getting a cordless vacuum but after seeing and trying my sister’s Shark Pro I really wanted a light cordless vacuum. I was not willing to pay $280 for the Shark so I tried this one and I am completely happy. Because of the dog hair and a lot of carpeting in my house I run this vacuum on the highest setting and it works great! The suction is powerful and the beater brush works well. The dust bin of course is smaller but they all are. Emptying it out is straightforward and quick. It has not run out of battery power on me but I do not use it for a whole house clean and instead will do a room with it or a spot clean. It is so nice not to have to fight with a cord and find an outlet. I can’t speak about its longevity but it does not feel cheap and I have not had any issues with it in the few weeks I have owned it. ... show more

I absolutely love this vacuum! Had a Dyson for four years that had the battery go out on me. One of my favorite things about it is that it is very quiet. I’ve never had such a quiet vacuum. The battery lasts a long time. I’ve vacuumed my whole 3000 sqft house without running out of charge! The attachments are nice and easy to switch out. One of the most important things though: it’s sucks! It has some great suction for a hand held vacuum! I'll be honest that I didn't have much expectations for the price but I've been blown away. I love it so much I find myself vacuuming once or twice a day. Would highly recommend! ... show more
