The media could not be loaded. I was having trouble setting up my printer, due to the confusing instructions, but I got in contact with customer service and they set up my printer remotely. I wasn't advised to clean after every use. I did a practice run and printed one time and did another clean as instructed. After that the printer just completely start working. After working with the at the sales team to diagnose and replacing the nozzle head the printer still did not work. I was sent a defective printer and when I returned it they charge me a $349 and restock fee on something that was defective and goes against the a to z guaranteed policy and goes against federal law. Customer service did try their best to help me diagnose the printer, but in the end when we could not get it to work it became an unnecessary hassle when trying to return it. It's so unfortunate because the one print that I did get to print out on my test run was really nice. ... show more

I’ve had the most problems out this printer since I received it. The instructions were terrible, the people that are suppose to help are in a totally different country and respond at 11pm. I got this printer as a gift for Christmas 2023. FINALLY got it up and running in late January after working very late nights every night. Daisy is friendly and helpful but I should not have been having to replace circuit wires before I even got to use it. Ended up replacing the printhead. Did daily printing and maintenance as instructed without ever missing a day. Suddenly white won’t print and they tell me I need to replace the printhead again (less than 90 days in). Im not doing 1000s of prints or anything and I’m maintaining as instructed. I am very disappointed. When it works, it works, but when it doesn’t it’s never simple. ... show more
