Update: customer service gets 5 starts. Daisy is responsive and helpful. Updating review to reflect that customer service was able to help me get my printer up and running. Daisy is such a great help and very patient. I'm in the US which means the help is given from about 7pm-7am, which is difficult because I work, however I would say that the customer service especially from Daisy is wonderful. I was disappointed that the printer has had to have several repairs which we did on our own however they did say they would pay $200 for the work we had to do with their guidance. I am awaiting that and may repeatedly this review once they follow through with that. I added a couple pictures of some prints I did after repairs were done. Where do I start? This thing has had nothing but trouble after trouble after trouble. My wife and I had to tear into this thing like we were certified technicians on it and repair and even replace components. I will say the support is extremely helpful. They've worked closely with us by sending videos, having live chats, etc. It's the only thing keeping me from giving this unreliable hunk of junk a 1. I know DTF printing comes with its quirks, but not to this extent. We're now stuck with it because Amazon is not backing us up through the A-Z claims since we're outside of the 30 day return policy. Yet the machine is clearly defective. It's been nothing but problems. My recommendation is if you're considering this as a hobby, don't do DTF. Instead, buy a high end Epson printer that can take sublimation ink. My friend does this, and although you're restricted to white and lights, sublimation printing going right into the fabric is so much better. And the quality looks nice. Currently, we replaced the print head from the video which was sent to us by the support team. We put it all back together and now the software isn't recognizing the printer, and all the lights in front are just blinking. We have no choice but to continue working with the support team until this issue is fixed, only to run into the next problem I'm sure. This was a big mistake. We should've returned it within the 30 day window. But we didn't even set it up until after the 30 days. It shocked me Amazon didn't even do anything about this. We opened a defective item, yet Amazon won't force the return because it's past the 30 days. Unbelievable. ... show more

Order this printer. Received it. Very limited instructions. After all the assembly and down loading the program we were ready to turn the unit on. Plugged it in and it would not turn on. The only way to communicate with the seller was through an app that I had to down load on my phone, then I wouldn’t receive a response until midnight. Tried to refund the unit through Amazon but had to pay $445.47 in shipping to send it bay to China. Although Amazon refunded the defective unit I still have not received the refund on the shipping. I have made multiple phone call and emails requesting this refund with no luck! ... show more

Though I will admit, the setup is a headache. Especially for someone that has never used a DTF printer before. Also, just so you are aware, the package arrives in 3 parts and not all at the same time. My final complaint is that the people (tech support) that is assigned to help you are Chinese. This was a problem in that when I emailed with a question, I got a response back that I couldn't read. Having said all that and having gone through the headache of setting up this printer—and, oh, the printer arrived speaking Chinese too, another headache—it is well worth the hassle, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars. This thing is AWESOME!!! And to make things right after my ordeal, they even sent me another round of DTF ink and powder on the house! Trust me when I say, with a little patience, you'll be extremely satisfied with the finished product. I'd like to thank this company for an exceptional product and also for walking me through the setup step by step. ... show more

***updating my review after a few months: I finally found/watched a YouTube video that helped get everything set up. Although there is definitely still a learning curve, the printer is technically doing what it is supposed to do. Dtf printing is not for the faint of heart. There’s lots of trial and error and lots of waste. I am happy with this purchase for the most part. However, if given the option I would prefer to go up to A3 or a roller. A4 is pretty small when doing shirts.*** I’ve had the printer for 2 days, and so far it is useless. There are zero instructions included, only a usb flash drive that supposedly only works on windows, but will not read on any of the 3 windows computers in our house. At this point, I’m not even sure if the seller is real, because there is also no way to contact them except through the Amazon “message assistant.” Expensive lesson learned. ... show more

I bought a printer and the instructions were hard to follow, but I kept on trying to figure it out on my own. Finally, I contacted tech support and I didn’t expect much help. But I was very wrong! Daisy from tech support helped install my software and helped me test my ink. She also gave me valuable information on how to upkeep my printer so that I can protect my investment!
