    • Difficult hearing without hearing aid but this gives Clear loud surround sound
I am a hearing aid wearer but hate to wear them while in the house. I noticed that I would have to max-out the sound on my TV to hear. I got tired of close captions so l decided to invest in a sound bar after being blessed with an Amazon gift certificate. I was hoping to connect via HDMI but found out that my older model flat screen has only one HDMI port which was already in use. I decided to use them as towers and connect with bluetooth. I am still amazed at the volume and clarity of the sound. It has been many years since I have had the TV be too loud for me. I actually tried it as a bar and tower but I like the towers better.     • Sounds like crap no bass.
I was under the impression, reading your product information before purchase. That the sound was great. I gave it as a gift. They told me it does not have Bass. The only thing it did was enhance the sound just a little. I am disappointed false advertisement. I would never purchase this product. If I had known it would sound like crap. I waste my money, and it will cause me a Great hardship. To have to go to retrieve the gift. To send back I don’t have time for the nonsense. Going forward, something like this. I will be in person at the store to ensure the sound is what was advertised. What you advertised about your product, it’s far from the truth. I like the sound with the bass in it.. that was the whole purpose of wanting to be a blessing to someone else. You don’t even have a hook up, if I wanted to purchase a woofer to enhance the sound. Now I’m stuck with a payment of crap that I bought for Christmas. I just recently reached out to the ones the gift was given to see how things was going. Hoping to hear they were happy with the gift. I was unsettled by their response., yet they had a positive attitude. That they appreciate me thinking of them. That’s not what I wanted to hear. I wanted to hear them say they love the sound bar. Easy set up no matter which method you use. Also the sound quality is rich and crisp will write more after more use. But so far better than I expected it to be quality construction and versitile ways of mounting.

    • Well designed decent sound quality but not room filling more for a desk computer or small room tv
Hooked it up to my living room insignia fire tv and could not tell which speakers were on at first. The remote on the tv works for souncd but was unable to turn the tv off when the arc hdmi connector was connected with the sound bar (its possible one would have to adjust the fire tv setup but since I was not going to use them for the tv I did not pursue this further) . The one advantage that the speakers did have was the sound was directed toward me and so it was clearer but not by much. They do fit nicely under the short tv stand but they are one direction speakers so when I connect the blue tooth for music and you move about the room they are relatively unimpressive and the bass is almost non existant . Solid speakers impressive design but not room filling. Moved it to my computer and it sounds good but the lack of base is still noticable. ... show more

    • Volume gradient is poor
Overall it was easy to setup and use. The sound quality is good and loud when you want it loud, but I find the difference when turning it up 1 level is a big change. I wish I could turn it up 'just a little'. Otherwise a solid speaker.

I ordered this sound bar and received it quickly. I followed all the instructions to set it up via the HDMI connection. I have a brand new LGQNED 65 inch TV. It has the proper connection in the back for the HDMI – ARC option. I plugged it in powered it on set the settings appropriately and zero sound comes out. I have gone through all the settings on my TV as directed. I gave up on HDMI and next moved to the optical connection. Did all the same things switching my TV settings to the optical for the sound out setting. Again no sound comes out of the soundbar. Lastly, I tried the Bluetooth option. I set the sound bar into Bluetooth mode, and it spoke to me, said it was in Bluetooth mode, and that it was pairing. I set the sound out option on my TV to wireless and it properly connected and sound, began to come out of the sound bar! I have tried to get help through the company, but I only received standard email replies, telling me to watch a video. Although the sound is working only through Bluetooth mode, I am disappointed that I cannot get it to work via HDMI. I believe I will be returning this product. ... show more
