The media could not be loaded. Have had this for nearly two years. It is simple and, easy to use. The functionality is exactly how you would want it to be. It works just fine! Easy to charge. Easy to set up. Easy to use. The power button on top is a on/off button. It just dispenses water at one strength of stream. It turns on easy. And turns off easy. It also has an auto matic shut off after running for a certain amount of time (like 30 seconds). The. You can run it again after a moment. It looks nice. Fits on water jugs really well. And has been durable for me so far. The battery lasts a long time per charge too! Then just plug it in the USB..And give it a charge for olent more use. It also comes with a tube you connect, to have the water run through and out the faucet. This it great for camping, emergency situations. Could be great for off grid living. This did exactly what I wanted it to do, dispensing water quite quickly and never having to flip one of those 5 gallon jugs over. I happen to prefer room temperature water versus refrigerated. The only knock that I've got against this thing so far is the fact that it's micro USB for the charging port and not type C. Not a deal breaker but somewhat inconvenient. Build quality is about what you would expect for less than $20, lots of plastic. However it's not really something that gets handled much aside from pressing the button so I doubt that this will be an issue. You can definitely hear it when it is in operation but it's a similar to an aquarium pump or fountain, just a little electronic hum and the splashing water. I've just about finished the first 5 gallon that I attached it to and the battery is still going strong, chances are that I'll simply charge it up every time I swap the jug. There's not any noticeable change in the flavor of the water, which is important for me. Overall: excellent value, meets all expectations, however if I was buying it again I would probably look for a version that charges with a type C cable to clean up my cables. ... show more

I think I can finally give a very honest review! I first bought one of these in September 2021 (still works), I bought another 1 from a different seller, I just chose a pump, didn't care as I thought they were all the same. Boy was I wrong. That second one lasted 1 use and that was it, didn't even last a full charge before biting the dust. The reason for the second purchase, was that I gave the first one to my boyfriends mom, I needed to get another one for myself again. I saw one review that says that this is cheaply made so be careful, lol, I dropped it, broke out a piece where the nozzle is and well, it's still going strong 💪🏼. So i decided to purchase another sometime last year and searched my list until I found this seller again. I love that the new one comes with a silicone cap that you can use to hold the pump in place and also cover the bottle when the pump is removed. Very effective, very mindful LOL. The charger, while outdated worked with the pump since it's an effective use of space though I would t mind the charger being longer. The battery life on this thing lasts me up to a month and a half but I guess that depends on usage. Overall its a great product and I'm about to purchase another one. I keep giving them away to mothers. Gave the last one to my mother and now I need one for myself, again 🙄 Oh one more thing to note. UPDATE AS OF 12/19/2025 After posting a 1 star review, I received an email from this company’s customer service department. They asked what the problem was and I explained the situation. The representative advised that this item has 1 year warranty and they were sending a replacement. I received the replacement today and thought it only fair to update my review. Obviously not thrilled that my item failed however very appreciative that this company reached out on their own and took the initiative to make this right! Pretty impressive customer service. So let’s get one thing straight, this product worked like a charm! Since December of 2023 I have had no issues with this product. It works perfectly and the only few cons to this product is that you can tell it’s cheaply made, so common sense dictates to be gentle with it. I have seen many people claim it leaks but that only happened to be the case when I applied pressure to the metal spigot, with a little readjusting I have not had that issue. My only other issue with it is the outdated Micro USB since we have moved to the age of the Type-C USB it would be nice of them to redo this same model just add a longer battery life and the newer Type-C charge option. I use this Water pump on a 5 Gallon Jug between me and my Wife, we strictly use the Jug water for all of our cooking and brewing so we have to recharge it every 4 to 7 days, it has a decent stream, no after leaks, and the LED lights are also useful to let me know when it’s needed. DO NOT run the pump with extremely low water it forces the pump to spew water because it’s mixing water and air unevenly. It’s not the most silent water pump but who cares it’s not loud enough to disturb anyone. Overall I mean it 5/5 for the time I bought until now it’s still working like new. I hope this helped someone who was considering this specific brand since they all kinda look alike lol. Happy Shopping and stay hydrated PS.
