I took the measurements, etc. and placed the order. About 24 hours later I received an email from the company that they wanted to check on my measurements as the width didn't make sense and they wanted to get it right. After a couple of emails we adjusted the size a bit and as my window with the frame was a few inches longer than the logest size they had listed they even said they would make to the actual correct size (I knew when I was ordering that it would have been a little short and that didn't bother me but again they offered to make it to the correct size).
