    • WiFi not able to work and freezing

This product worked good for about 2 months before it started freezing. It wasn’t really something that I would be furious with in the beginning, but then everyone I closed out of an application such as google or video games, it just full freezes and the only way to un freeze it is by pressing the restart on the computer itself. Then about 2-3 weeks after that problem started, I turned my computer on and the WiFi option disappeared on my computer and it wouldn’t come back no matter how much trouble shooting I tried. Also the seller would not budge for a full refund. He wanted me to send it to some random repair shop, where there is no way of me knowing where to send it or if he will just take it and not give money back. I had to contact Amazon support and they were willing to give me a full refund and return for this hunk of junk. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT ISSUES WITH YOUR COMPUTER. ... show more
