Wiring instructions for 110 vs 220/240 are the same which makes no sense. Had mine wired to 240 @ 60A breaker with 6 gauge wiring with 1.5hp pump and 1.5” pipes. Output of heater no different than the input water temperature. (Ambient air temp is about 75f and set water to get to 82f. After two days running water started at 69f and stayed at 69f). Wasted almost $1000 just for electrician and plumber (with their supplies) and this thing is of no value. Removing and returning it. ... show more

Bought one and was defective. They send the replacement and was also defective. Spent alot of money on plumbers and electricians because of that bad product.

We’ve only had this spa heater for a couple of months, but so far it’s more accurate and works faster than the previous 40 amp units that we’ve had. Perhaps because we have salt water the previous units decay quickly, but this is the best so far. Only minor downside is you have to use Celsius not Fahrenheit ... show more
