*Update* In September of 2024 I will own this charger for 3 years. It's still going strong. It's still performs and charges at the highest voltage. It's been very liable and I would definitely purchase this again. On a side note: The only thing I would do different is to add a shutoff switch next to the plug. It's not mandatory but would be convenient to cut power when it's not in use as opposed to unplugging it. *This concludes my update. My original review is below* I use this to charge my Mach-E. It has been consistent and does charge at the advertised speed. I like that the LCD display and status lights show the charging voltage and other info about the current charging session. I've never experienced a charge fault with this charger, and the charger automatically stops when you've reached your target charge level. I see no reason to spend extra on chargers with builtin wifi. It seems redundant since the FordPass App already shows you all of the charging session info in real time. It's a great charger at a great price. It's sturdy, portable, reliable and easy to use. I almost forgot to mention, a zippered case and accessories to wall mount the charger were also included in the package. ... show more

    • Convenient portable charger; good customer service
The charger works well (Kia Niro EV) and is less expensive than other options. The best feature is that it's portable (but you need a 220 socket); it packs up like a garden hose. I'm writing this review to mention and perhaps warn you that the charger worked without incident for about six months. One day, the charging would stop after about 45 minutes; I'd have to unplug, replug, and start again, but the charge would interrupt again after about 30 minutes. I read to reduce the charge so I adjusted it to 90% using the car's setting. This helped but the charging would interrupt after about 90-100 minutes. Same result at 80%. This not being a viable solution, I contacted Mustart, who asked me to first send a short video to document the problem. They replaced the product (free shipping both ways) promptly thereafter. The replacement charger works (for now) though I'll keep the charging power at 90%. Companies that stand behind their products and fulfill their warranties without undue hassle when problems arise deserve to be highly commended. I think that they will continue to work with me if I have another problem. ... show more

I needed a quick replacement for the charger that came with my car. I was charging it during a rainstorm and didn’t realize that you couldn’t charge during rain and ruined the factory charger. Unfortunately, the dealership said there was a nationwide shortage on the chargers so I would have to buy an aftermarket charger. I was hesitant because I didn’t want to ruin my car, but without a charger, my car was just a yard ornament. There aren’t any charging stations in my area so I was stuck. I decided to buy the best rated charger within my budget and this one was the best. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it charges my car. It is 2 hours faster and the cord is super thick and well made. I would definitely recommend this charger over the factory one that my car came with. You will not be disappointed. ... show more

    • Audi e-Tron & MB EQS 450... A+
Bought this charger based on the positive reviews. It worked flawlessly on my wife's Audi e-Tron as well as her MB EQS 450 SUV when she traded-in. But a few weeks ago, the EQS was only charging to 50%. I took it to the dealer. They upgraded all the software and recalls. When I took it back home, the car would still not charge past 50%... It must be the charger. I emailed Mustart customer service. They replied within 24 hours. They asked for the serial number and suggested I look at the car's charger settings. In my head I thouht, "What settings? Wouldn't that be set at the facotry?" Against my better judgement, I went to the car and poked around the menus. And guess what? For some reason, there IS a charge limit setting. I raised it to 100% and the car was charging like normal. Not sure why that setting woudl even exist, but it does. Great product.     • Their Warranty!
This charger is very good quality. It lasted me for almost 2 years. When I started having a problem with it, I decided to inquire about the warranty on this item. I was surprised to see that the warranty for this item is 24 months. I contacted the manufacturer and informed them about what was happening. They immediately contacted me via email and requested a small video, the manufacturing number and the kind of vehicle that I was using for charge. A immediately sent them the information and once they confirm the information they sent me a replacement. The process was so easy and I am a happy customer. I am hoping the replacement will last me longer than two years. I will definitely buy from them again if I need a new charging unit. Their customer service is top-notch. ... show more
