I bought this as a gift for my son but I am enjoying it as much as he is. I have always liked to workout to music so this puts a new little twist to my workout. My son loves the blue tooth to add his own music and I love the lights and the counter to see how many times I hit it. The different speeds and modes make it so nice to be able to grow into it. We will be enjoying this for a long time. The exercise is kind of an added bonus. Now that my son is 15, it's harder to engage him. When I saw this, I thought it would be something he would be interested in away from video games or his phone. He and I both like it, and in a few minutes you can feel yourself getting warm from the workout. I first attached the machine to my wall using the included full adhesive. However, it fell down twice on the first day. The machine was not damaged at all, but I decided instead to use a heavy duty double sided mounting tape to secure the machine. The tape sometimes can take off paint if you don't peel it off carefully. However, it works for me, and I didn't have to put holes in the wall. I like that the punching pads are kind of soft, and my son and my favorite is the sound when you miss a punch. I love the different levels and speeds. I definitely think this is a great gift for a teen to play around with with friends or to get a little extra exercise and hand-eye coordination in. I definitely recommend this machine! ... show more
