I got these bowls for my cat who is a pain in the [redacted] and likes to flip and fling his water bowls - both on the ground and out of their stands. It's driving me bat[redacted] so I was desperate to find something. Another failed attempt. They don't suction well to my floor, but they do to a counter so I imagine using it that way for a baby/toddler would work well. My cat was able to not only pull it up from the ground and tip it over, but after suctioning it back to the floor I woke up in the middle of the night to soggy socks when I found the bowl in the middle of the room...completely empty.
