This review is for the Mumbobyswim push up mat set- handles and pad. The mat is heavy enough that it lays flat and the edges don’t curl up even after being rolled up in the package. The handles are slanted- the space underneath the handle goes from about 3 to 3.5 inches. They are lightweight and have a thin layer of foam around the handle portion. Despite how lightweight the handles are, they feel quite sturdy. The color coded positions to place the handles are very easy to use and you can tell that it’s working the specified muscle group. There are multiple options for each muscle group. These options are nice so that you can, for example, start out with an easier for your tricep-targeted pushup and then work up to other positions that are more difficult for you. The mat and handles take up very little space. My spouse and our teen kid both gave this their hearty approval. The only complaint is that the color coded key is on a small card and not on the mat itself. If you loose the business card sized paper you won’t have anything to reference. At the current sale price of about $15 dollars this is an excellent value if you are looking to up your pushup routine at home. ... show more

I used these like one time and they’re sitting in the corner. The handles are kinda flimsy. The mat is great it has where to put the tool as a guideline. Giving 3 stars due to how I feel about the long term durability of the handles being questionable.

The quality of the push up handles feel decent, they're not high quality but does the job. The mat size itself seems a bit small. The jump rope quality is also decent, but it works. Overall, don't expect the quality to be great. But if you're looking for something that works, this is it.
