First off I've owned two other smith machines previously and I must say that this is the best out of all of three of them, by far. Assembly was very easy and straight forward.The cable crossover system really is top notch, it feels super smooth, much smoother than any home equipment that I've ever tried. I bought this strictly for the cable setup and the smith machine.With that being said I think this rack would work for probably 95% of home gym owners, it's that good. Assembly was a breezeand did it completely solo in 2-3 hours.The pulley system on this is very smooth and seems to hold up to some weight (I've had 140lbs on the pullies so far and they handle it easily.
