I needed something for under my pergola near a couch. It needed to act as a table for cold drinks but also something I could use in winter if needed. This space is very visible from our living room but we really don’t use it often as we have multiple seating areas in our garden. This was a great fit for its versatility and price point - plus it looks good. I think it will last but I may used high heat paint first before I decide to fire it up as it will make it last longer. First off, the box is HEAVY, this was not what i had expected because a heavy box means thick metal and yup, it sure is. Assembly was fairly straight forward, take that with a grain of salt as i built it at 2am as a surprise for the family. It Rigid, stable/sturdy and looks great. It easily holds enough logs to burn for hours and comes with a Poker, Mesh Lid (moderate ash control) and a Grate to hold wood. Overall, it's a little pricey compared to competition but it is a lot higher quality and should last much longer.. Plus, it looks really good!! ... show more
