I got mine and used it for the first time tonight. I would like the cables to be longer, they're only about 21" so they are on the short side, but I couldn't find one any longer. I liked that this one had lights on each cable to help people see it in the dark. The first 3 riders tonight didn't say a word about it, but the 4th ride was a 40 minute drive and she was amazed, she told me having the charger would get me a nice tip. A nice tip, I figured $5. They are retractable which makes it easy for me to reach around the seat and retract them back to stationary position.
