Out of the box and working in about 15 minutes, less if you can read fast. Does and very accurate job and the results look clean and professional. Etched a photo and you can see every detail. Theinstructions and information tu run the machine needs to be more clear and by steps so people with minimal knowledge can follow them. Haven't been able to use it as I haven't been able to print.
