One thing to consider is that because of the compact size of this you can't close the lid when you're playing an album. I would prefer to close it for dust protection and to keep my cat from trying to touch it. I was extremely happy with the look of this product. The sound it provides is very high pitched and it lacks base tones. Drums and bass are almost indistinguishable. However what a great looking product! I decided to keep it.

The volume could be better and one of the speakers only sometimes works. I would return it, but unfortunately, I've thrown all the original boxes. Also the record player itself, the turntable isn't manufactured with quality, when I lift the needle arm the whole turn table releases from the player casing.
