Obsessed with this bike!! Shipping I asked some questions about the dual battery version but placed my order for the single battery. The seller noticed my name and reached out to inquire to be sure I wanted the single battery. This delayed the shipping but I really appreciated them checking. Once it was shipped I got it in 3 days! Speed My husband was so surprised by how much fun my bike is. I’m 120 lbs but it’s still quick with my husband on it (165 lbs). It has torque, slows down some at the top end but PLENTY fast for me and I’m sure most people. The different levels (1-5) affect the power and top speed. Level 0 is pedal only. Super easy to understand Assembly Assembly took 40 minutes for me doing it alone. Easy for the most part and they give you all of the tools needed. There are hidden bolts to remove the piece in step 2 (not in instructions) so don’t waste your energy trying to pull it off first like I did. My tire wasn’t beaded properly after I inflated so I had to deflate entirely and rebead. After that it was fine. Make sure you check this. Interface Interface is high quality, colored and easy to understand. The manual is simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things Looks and quality This thing is built SO well. I didn’t find one spot that seemed cheap. Looks awesome on the road. It even has a running LED light in addition to the bright headlight! I bought a rear rack that was meant for a Grom. I just used self tapping screws and screwed it in where the seat bolts usually go. Super sturdy and will be perfect to carry my chihuahua in her basket. Also ladies with short legs like me - this bike seat is shorter than a lot of cafe racer style e bikes out there which is great. I’m still on my toes when I’m stopped but I can’t imagine if I went for the others that are 4+ inches higher. I’m 5’4” Cons The only cons are the brakes and tires. If you’re concerned about stopping on a dime then get the hydraulic brake version. I knew what I was signing up for, so just going to drive safe and give myself extra stopping time. The tires feel a little thin but you can get high quality replacement tires for $100. Even if you replace the tires this bike is still worth the money, so that review complaining about the flat tire is a little illogical haha. Haven’t tested range yet. Will update when I do. My son loves this ebike. He was impressed with the way the bike looks and the fact that it has two batteries on it. I think it looks great too and was easy to put together with a few hand tools. I gave up my motorcycle after having a kid, but the compromise was to buy a decent ebike I can still ride locally on residential backstreets. This ebike is was what I got to scratch that itch. I'm still breaking it in, but so far the bike has been great. It's plenty fast and with both batteries it's still not too heavy. The pedal assist works well, but takes some getting used to. I find it best to keep it set on a step down from where I'm pedaling, that way if I need a short rest the motors kick in just below the speed I was pedaling. My biggest complaint is each battery has a different power charger, so you can't just use one to charge both batteries on the shelf. That goes for the keys that unlock the batteries as well! They were probably sourced from different manufacturers to keep the manufacturing costs down. If you're fine with the idea of having to keep two different keys as well as two different power chargers for the bike, then this won't bug you. But, it does me, hence the -1 star. I should note that you can use the ebike just fine with only one battery installed so you don't have to pull them both off the shelf (keep these indoors in the colder months) to go for a ride around the neighborhood. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the offroad tires, but they do fine on pavement. Pay attention to how inflated they are; the number one cause of weak performance from any ebike is under inflated tires. ... show more

Omgoodness where to start? I've only had it for1 day so this is first test run review. It's hefty and really good looking. Everywhere I went people were looking at it. It so fast it hit 30 mph I think on pas 4 only. Torque is powerful u must go easy on takeoff or u will jerk. Suspension is awesome I went over different roads n didn't feel any hard bumping at all. If course u feel it but it's not a hard ride. Still trying to figure out how to take off 1 of the batteries but I'll get there. LOVE the turn signal in the back. Not crazy about seat...very cushioned but not as wide as it should b for real comfort. Brakes work really well. 2 sets of keys for batteries. Definitely should get mirrors and a helmet at a minimum. So far so good. Will update if necessary but at face value after test run it's an excellent purchase/value. I'm very happy with it. ... show more
