I purchased this E-bike for my 12 year old son for Christmas, and he has been riding it everyday. He does have to stand on tippy toes or lean to get on but honestly has no problem at all as he does the same with this regular bike. So far everything is great with it no issues at all. The Movcan e-bike was pretty easy to assemble. The look of the bike is sharp with the tan seat. Makes it different from all the other E-bikes out there. It rides smooth, speed limit is true to description. Nice and sturdy not cheaply made. Everything was on point with the movcan e-bike. And the price was right. I highly recommend. ... show more

5/8 EDIT The support department is absolutely stellar. I was in communication with Lynn from the start of my battery issue and she quickly got me a new battery. After receiving the new battery, she followed up to ensure my issue was resolved. With the new battery, I can get 30 miles on strictly electric (not pedaling at all). I highly recommend this bike. 4/26 EDIT I have been in communication with the manufacturer via email and we have determined my battery is in fact defective. They have been extremely easy to communicate with and respond daily, which is a huge positive for the warranty if I ever need to use it. I will update my review once I receive the new battery. First off, the bike feels amazing to ride. Assembly was overall pretty simple, it's easy to use, it looks really slick and it rides smooth. I think I received a defective battery though. My friend and I went out on our first ride today and after only 8 miles I was already at 52%. For reference, my friend bought an almost identical bike (different manufacturer) and he weighs 260 pounds while I only weigh 125 pounds. When my battery was at 52%, his was still full. We both charged our batteries 12 hours yesterday in preparation for our ride today. We ended up having to cut our ride short and come back. My battery basically died by the time we got back. That's not remotely close to the advertised mileage so I'm almost certain the battery is defective. I tried contacting the seller to discuss this but it says Amazon is handling this sale and it won't let me communicate directly with them. Until I can resolve the battery issue, I can't recommend this bike. It's not much use with such a short range. ... show more
