    • Why would anyone buy a different ebike??? This one is perfect!!!

I bought the M10 as my first ebike and I'm glad I did! Previously, I was riding an older mountain bike, but at age 67, I found it becoming more difficult to ride up hills, and the city where I live has TONS of hills. Since I couldn't pedal up those hills very easily, it became very limiting as to where I could go. Sooo, I thought that getting an electric bike would solve that problem. And OMG....it solved it AND MORE!!! I can now go anywhere I want! It turns out that I'm relying mostly on the throttle alone instead of pedal assist, and I feel like a kid again!!! But beware!! It's FAST!!! 20 mph may not seem fast in a car, but on a bike it takes some getting used to! I bought a helmet to stay safe, and I am having a BLAST!!! The bike itself is really high quality! Built well, aluminum frame, looks awesome, was easy to assemble, etc. It took me about 45 minutes to put it together by myself, and my first trip around the block was exhilarating (kinda made me feel like a teenager again when I used to ride mini bikes!) So far, I've ridden it about 15 miles, and the battery has barely gone down at all. That amazes me!! The motor is actually 350 watts with 500 watts being its PEAK power. Trust me, it's very powerful! I'm 6'3" and 258 pounds...and it's more than I probably need to be honest!!! Again, it's FAST and has enough torque to get me up ANY hill so far! It's also very comfortable, and I get compliments on it wherever I go. I should've bought this thing a lonnnnggg time ago!! As far as "isinwheel" the company, I had a question about how to install the front fender (turns out you use the same mounting hole as the headlight, which isn't in the instructions)...and their customer service team responded quickly and in more detail than I was expecting. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! If you're on the fence about buying one, don't be!! It's a great bike...and I can't imagine there being a better option out there, especially in this price range!!! But I warn you!!! If you're self-employed like I am, you have to really fight the urges throughout the day to stop working and just go for another ride!!! LOL!! Have fun everyone...and stay safe! : ) ... show more

I almost never write reviews for anything. But this bike is super awesome. I know people spend thousands on e-bikes, but not sure why. This is among the most affordable and after reading all the good reviews I bought it. Very easy to put together out of the box. I’ll give a couple tips at the end of this review. Just took my first full ride - 5 miles on a sandy path here in Colorado. Rode like it was pavement and the shocks made the ride comfortable, like being on pavement. When put in assist mode, level 4 out of 5, you just lightly pedal and the motor kicks in at that speed (the motor speed) and you don’t even need to use the throttle. It’s like a gentle bike ride with the motor working unknowingly, yet now you are cruising at 15-18 mph with no effort at all - but still feels like you are riding a bike. That’s just on assist level 4. Honestly, I wouldn’t want a bike that is much faster. Even on the sandy trail I could hit 20 mph when on level 4 out of 5 when I gave decent pedaling at gear 7 out of 7 (on the traditional chain). I’m not a bike rider at all, but involved in tons of outdoor activities. Now with this bike, I will be riding all the time! It’s the coolest toy I’ve ever had and I have lots of outdoor toys. Highly recommend this bike. I will say, however, that I’m 5’8” and the length from saddle to handle bars is perfect. Someone a lot over 6’ might feel it’s too short. Not certain, but just a caution. 5’4”-6’, it’s perfect. Now on putting it together out of the box. Not a huge deal, but one little tip to save time is to make sure you put the front wheel splash guard on AT THE SAME TIME as when you screw on the head lamp!!! The directions don’t make this clear. Also, once the head lamp is screwed on, push it down a little with your hand so that it shoots straight and not upwards. The light is really bright! Last tip since I was new to e-bikes. To turn it on all you do is flip the switch at the top of the battery unit and then hold the “M” on the handlebar computer thing. The power indicator on the side of the battery has nothing to do with turning it on. It’s just an indicator. If you purchase this bike, enjoy! Hope this review gives confidence. I’m probably going to get another one so a family member can ride with me - otherwise I’d blow them out of the water with endurance and speed with this Ebike! ... show more

This bike was delivered expertly packaged. It was throrughly packeged, wrapped, and protected from even a scratch or damage. Assembly? was actually fun. Allen erenches and a multi tool, but I do suggest a screwdriver instead of the allen wrench/screwdriver. It even included a tire pump! First time out. WOW, the bike is heavy and strong. , it took less than 2 hours to charge up. The manual concerning the computer and instructions is a little tricky. riding it was cool, this is a fast bike! The max speed is 20mph, and thats plenty fast for a bike. 2 hours riding it and the battery is still fullycharged. I'm 6'4", and I fit on this bike just perfectly. ONE DOWN SIDE ....I suggest a new seat, I'm only 165# and not alot of padding...This is my first electric bike. Delivery was a week early too! Price with shipping was WELL UNDER the $1000+ or so electric bikes cost. It is NOT a cheap bike. GREAT price, heavy and strong and solid, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy. NOTE TO BUYERS: iF YOU BUY THIS BIKE, buy another seat....any length of time on this, or any other bike actually, you're going to want a wider more comfy seat. ... show more
