It is sturdy and looks great in black. Great power and battery life. Seven speeds and five power-assist modes provide the options for any terrain. You can even skip pedaling entirely and use the throttle. But be careful - it will go faster than you need! I’m 64 years old and can ride 35 miles plus on a single charge with ease. I got the bike about 5 days earlier than the expected date was. It came nicely packaged, the assembly took about 40 minutes, it was a little bit confusing, but we got it done. The seat it comes with, in my opinion, is very uncomfortable, but I am also a bigger person, however, my brother is very thin and he also thought it was uncomfortable, so I bought a new seat and it worked out fine. The headlight is actually really good as well. We were able to get it to go to a speed of 30mph on flat ground by using the pedal assist and the throttle at the same time. The tires came pretty flat, but they included an air pump for them. The bike looks really nice overall, I really like the black. It's a really good bike for the price, and I'm glad I got this one ... show more

We bought this for my spouse so they could keep up with me on rides. At first, I thought it would be best to buy the $2600 model from my preferred manufacturer. But since it was an experiment, my spouse decided to get a cheapy first. We are both completely shocked how fun and solid this thing is! It’s not a Canyon or a Trek but there’s nothing about it that I doubt. The instructions were complete and concise. It took less than thirty minutes to put together. Someone left a review here that said it was pedal assist only. But that’s not true. It has a motorcycle style throttle that you can pull back to go without pedaling. It even has cruise control! The light works great and the horn is louder than a foghorn. Our first ride out we went 26 miles and used almost none of the battery because my spouse was pedaling along with the motor. On the straight and level, it goes 19 mph. It’s just shy of 50 lbs and the brakes aren’t great. So from top speed to stop the brakes are a little mushy and squeaky. But still effective. All in all it’s a good buy. We’re glad we bought this one. ... show more

I’m about 40 miles into owning my bike in a little under a month and I must admit this has been a pure investment! I ride to and from work daily with this and will even be able to pick up a second job without worrying about gas, insurance or crazy expensive repairs. If weather was never an issue I’d probably ride this bike as my main mode of transportation forever. The assembly was mad easy and the battery life has been solid. The build quality is on point. The power of the bike is unmatched like it gets wild being on a bike hitting 15-20MPH but it never feels too powerful. The seat could be more comfortable but nonetheless it’s worth every penny especially being able to handle my size being 300+ most bikes that carry my weight are upward of $1000 from what I’ve seen. ... show more

I recently bought the isinglass M10 E bike and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. At first, I had an issue with the battery, but I discovered an extra switch that needed to be activated. After that, the bike worked perfectly. The ride is smooth and the bike can reach a good speed. The battery lasts a long time, allowing for extended rides without the need to recharge. The bright lights make night riding safe and enjoyable, and the horn is loud enough for pedestrians to hear me, which I appreciate.     • Good bike for value, better customer service

It's got a Shimano gear shifter, disc brakes, an LCD display for speed battery percentage, and an internal hub motor. The bike itself is kinda sleek and looks really nice, but that makes me weary, so I'm going to get some good locks for it. When it arrives, the front fork will be on backwards for shipping. This is easy to fix by rotating the stern until the fork and stern are correctly positioned. One drawback of this bike is that there's not really a place to put a water bottle holder on it. You could attempt to install it on the bar in front of the seat, but you'd have to be very careful to ensure it doesn't interfere with the gearing cable or the rear brake cable. I'm a pretty heavy dude, weighing in at 235 pounds, and I can get a good 18 miles out of it if I use PAS 2 most of that time. After putting 70 miles on it, I think it's safe to say that at this price point, you won't find many better options. It's pretty fun to ride and decently lightweight, weighing roughly 40 lbs. ... show more
