This is my second e-bike purchased on Amazon. My first one, from another company which cost a lot more, was a nightmare having issues with the front wheel, assembly and battery. This e-bike was quite different. It is a quality build and pretty easy to assemble. The user guide is better than most and only missed a couple of minor steps such as installing fenders and reflectors. The only real issue I had was that the rod going through the front axle had some rust on it and inside the wheel which prevented easy insertion of the rod. I fixed this with some brake cleaner and WD-40. Customer support was quick to respond and helpful. So far, I am very pleased with this bike and highly recommend it. ... show more

This bike is good only as electric bike, however, not very fast as it should, not a durable bike frame or wheels materials , very low in the both arm control front end and it's kind not for actual adults more like for youth, but to be fair they bike is very good in regards the battery life and I think if it's not the only piece then this isinwheel company are telling the truth about the battery and motor performance, also the routers are not high quality which I have to contact and still in contact with company about the bent routers hopping that the will mail the routers replacement because the bike was not smooth and we had to diagnosis the bike in the shop and recommends the both routers replacement. ... show more

First of all, I was amazed at the quality of this bike. It arrived a few days ahead of schedule. The bike was packed perfectly, with no damage, and it was extremely easy to assemble with the instruction booklet. The tool kit that came with the bike is all you need. My bike is now at the bike shop, so their mechanic can go over everything, adjust what may need adjusting, and ensure I did everything correctly, as I am an amateur. Junk bike, sold as new. After 3 weeks of ownership this bike will completely die after traveling a 1/4 mile and will not turn on afterwards. This bike also does not and will not go 20 MPH as advertised. The fastest it will go is 17mph. I was sent a link for a new battery that does not match the batter that came with the bike. So I have an aluminum bike that is just holding a decorative spot in my home and collecting dust. Next time I'll go to a real bike shop that sells real American made electric bikes even if they cost more. Hell the replacement battery for this garbage cost just as much as the bike itself. ... show more

I’m about 40 miles into owning my bike in a little under a month and I must admit this has been a pure investment! I ride to and from work daily with this and will even be able to pick up a second job without worrying about gas, insurance or crazy expensive repairs. If weather was never an issue I’d probably ride this bike as my main mode of transportation forever. The assembly was mad easy and the battery life has been solid. The build quality is on point. The power of the bike is unmatched like it gets wild being on a bike hitting 15-20MPH but it never feels too powerful. The seat could be more comfortable but nonetheless it’s worth every penny especially being able to handle my size being 300+ most bikes that carry my weight are upward of $1000 from what I’ve seen. ... show more

Several things that I really like about this bike are: First, it’s a really nice easy ride without even using the pedal assist. Second, it only weighs 47 lbs as advertised - but I think that’s without the battery. However, I was able to lift it on and off the bike rack myself and I liked that. I can’t say much about the electric part as it’s my first electric bike and I’m not used to that yet. It’s easy to figure out tho and I like that too.
