I bought the M10 as my first ebike and I'm glad I did! Previously, I was riding an older mountain bike, but at age 67, I found it becoming more difficult to ride up hills, and the city where I live has TONS of hills. Since I couldn't pedal up those hills very easily, it became very limiting as to where I could go. Sooo, I thought that getting an electric bike would solve that problem. And OMG....it solved it AND MORE!!! I can now go anywhere I want! It turns out that I'm relying mostly on the throttle alone instead of pedal assist, and I feel like a kid again!!! But beware!! It's FAST!!! 20 mph may not seem fast in a car, but on a bike it takes some getting used to! I bought a helmet to stay safe, and I am having a BLAST!!! The bike itself is really high quality! Built well, aluminum frame, looks awesome, was easy to assemble, etc. It took me about 45 minutes to put it together by myself, and my first trip around the block was exhilarating (kinda made me feel like a teenager again when I used to ride mini bikes!) So far, I've ridden it about 15 miles, and the battery has barely gone down at all. That amazes me!! The motor is actually 350 watts with 500 watts being its PEAK power. Trust me, it's very powerful! I'm 6'3" and 258 pounds...and it's more than I probably need to be honest!!! Again, it's FAST and has enough torque to get me up ANY hill so far! It's also very comfortable, and I get compliments on it wherever I go. I should've bought this thing a lonnnnggg time ago!! As far as "isinwheel" the company, I had a question about how to install the front fender (turns out you use the same mounting hole as the headlight, which isn't in the instructions)...and their customer service team responded quickly and in more detail than I was expecting. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! If you're on the fence about buying one, don't be!! It's a great bike...and I can't imagine there being a better option out there, especially in this price range!!! But I warn you!!! If you're self-employed like I am, you have to really fight the urges throughout the day to stop working and just go for another ride!!! LOL!! Have fun everyone...and stay safe! : ) ... show more

I got the bike about 5 days earlier than the expected date was. It came nicely packaged, the assembly took about 40 minutes, it was a little bit confusing, but we got it done. The seat it comes with, in my opinion, is very uncomfortable, but I am also a bigger person, however, my brother is very thin and he also thought it was uncomfortable, so I bought a new seat and it worked out fine. The headlight is actually really good as well. We were able to get it to go to a speed of 30mph on flat ground by using the pedal assist and the throttle at the same time. The tires came pretty flat, but they included an air pump for them. The bike looks really nice overall, I really like the black. It's a really good bike for the price, and I'm glad I got this one ... show more

We bought this for my spouse so they could keep up with me on rides. At first, I thought it would be best to buy the $2600 model from my preferred manufacturer. But since it was an experiment, my spouse decided to get a cheapy first. We are both completely shocked how fun and solid this thing is! It’s not a Canyon or a Trek but there’s nothing about it that I doubt. The instructions were complete and concise. It took less than thirty minutes to put together. Someone left a review here that said it was pedal assist only. But that’s not true. It has a motorcycle style throttle that you can pull back to go without pedaling. It even has cruise control! The light works great and the horn is louder than a foghorn. Our first ride out we went 26 miles and used almost none of the battery because my spouse was pedaling along with the motor. On the straight and level, it goes 19 mph. It’s just shy of 50 lbs and the brakes aren’t great. So from top speed to stop the brakes are a little mushy and squeaky. But still effective. All in all it’s a good buy. We’re glad we bought this one. ... show more

I’m no expert but believe this is by far the best $400 e-bike you can buy. It is exactly as advertised. Bike arrived five days earlier than estimated. Assembly was easy. It is sturdy and looks great in black. Great power and battery life. Seven speeds and five power-assist modes provide the options for any terrain. You can even skip pedaling entirely and use the throttle. But be careful - it will go faster than you need! I’m 64 years old and can ride 35 miles plus on a single charge with ease. It’s equipped with two lights and a comfortable seat. Can’t imagine shelling out $1,000 or more when you can buy this bike for a fraction of the price. Highly recommended. ... show more

I can't even make this up. The M10 is truly amazing. I've had it for over 4 months, and it's still going strong. Battery can last for a while, even if you are riding in the highest gear. I truly recommend it if you are someone like me who likes being outside or riding bikes.
