    • Bluetooth does not hold any charge, even while plugged in.
I received this item today and plugged the headset in to charge, after waiting the full two hours recommended, I could not get it to turn on. I plugged it into a different micro-usb that I already had and it turned on but shut off while trying to connect to my phone. I figured I would try to let it charge on that, but realized the charging indicator light never came on. After I unplugged it and tried again, it still would not turn on at all. I would assume its a bad battery. After waiting nearly a month for this helmet, I was pretty upset that I will have to return it and either order a different one or wait another month for another to come in and MAYBE work. ... show more

    • Nice helmet, terrible bluetooth
The helmet is great, comfy and light. However the bluetooth part is a bit chinsey and i will now have to spend another few hundred dollars to buy a nice bluetooth setup. Honestly i feel like i should have just paid more money for a higher quality brand.
