This is a well made pen. However, after much use my hand aches. I switched to a lighter weight resin pen and pain is no longer a problem. Maybe they should redesign with a hollow interior and keep the barrel the same. I really like the look and ergonomics of it, not to mention all the great accessories. Very nice and bright colored pens! Offered the flexibility to attach different tips to each end of the pen to customize to exactly what I needed. In addition, Benote pens offered metal tips. I prefer metal to plastic tips and Benote customer service was amazing in assisting me to get exactly what I needed. I was able to replace the plastic tips with the Benote Metal Multiplacer Replacement Tips (ASIN: B09K7C6NWW). I wish all retailers provided the excellent customer service Benote provided! I love holding this pen. It's so smooth to the touchscreen and it's like just the thickness. To thin and I'm trying to grip too hard and to thick I can barely get my hand around. This pen is great. It came with all tips except square tip so I will be contacting them to get the square tip since that was the whole purpose of me ordering it but honestly I still love the pen. I love the metal screw in tips but I dont have any replacements so I'm glad they have a b1g1 offer. It also has a cute triangle tray and I cant wait to use it but it doesnt have the ridged lines in the bottom so I'm not sure how well shaking the tray will make the diamonds turn over but cant knock it till I try it. Overall very satisfied. I'll update if customer service is horrible or not but the card it comes with seems like they will be pretty well. Clear contact info and directions so its shouldnt be too big of a pain. A+ ... show more

    • I like it, but not for the reason I bought it.

I bought this pen solely for the square tip, which I thought might help when diamond painting with square drills. Ironically the square tip made placing squares more difficult, as I rarely managed to pick up a square drill at the same angle as the square of the tip. It was quite frustrating. I never used the multi tips because I'm a single placer and the "bendy" tip is too awkward of an angle to be useful. However the pen itself is good quality, I've been using the round tip (for placing squares!) and also the wide tip that helps straighten lines of drills. ... show more
