The flag print is wrong. I didn’t notice it until it was installed. If that wasn’t bad enough, I had to really stretch it to get the latches to lock in place. Even when they were in place, it I wouldn’t have trusted them to be secure enough. They looked nothing like the latch in the instruction video. There was also a wrinkle that may have leveled out in the sun, but it was an eye sore. The material seemed pretty durable and the mounting brackets seemed to be good quality. However, the mounting brackets would get seized together after I tightened them down which made removing them a chore. The rails were quite flimsy as well. The video also tells you to add the piece of foam padding if the front of the bed is lower than the sides, but even with the padding, the rails still didn’t sit flush because the padding on the rail and the window side cover didn’t line up. This left a gap, that went down some when the brackets were tightened, but were still there. With extra padding that wasn’t too much of an issue, but the design of locking latches on the rear and the misprinted flag were deal breakers for me. If those issues are addressed, it would be a decent product. It is different and would have been nice to sport a flag on the cover that was not all messed up. ... show more

Purchased this item for a 2017 Ram. Looks nice coming out of the box. Initial install is fairly straight forward. Then the problem came. The latching system on the back is nothing like the video. To even try and get it latched I had to pull so hard that I thought I was going to break something or rip it completely off the bed. And still did not get it latched. Three options that I see. 1) pack the stinking thing up and send it back and pray for a refund. 2) Take the rails back off and cut a half an inch off the front side. 3) use a die grinder and very gently cut the back end of the rail to get the cover to slid past it. Oh and the flag is not printed correctly either. MERICA!! And on top of all that, customer service is non-existent. Good luck. ... show more
