I have super tiny wrists - to the point where I can only wear kid's watch bands which are tightened quite a bit. These are Very tight - will not fit an average 10 year old, much less an adult.

We used these wristbands for a cruise we were on with not much motion, and they did not work at all. We followed all simple directions perfectly and attempted on several people for several days.
