Dislike there are 5 bra type hooks prior to zipper which is complicated when first recovering from child birth. The legs don't feel too tight but they compress so you can see them under leggings/tight fitting pants. Tried it on as soon as it was delivered. I am two weeks postpartum (c section). It fits just as described. Like a “hug”. Waistline 44” and hips 53”. Material not bad. It’s a compression garment to help with healing not a faja or waist trimmer. So don’t expect to look “snatched”. I bought this after I gave birth and I like it the only thing I would consider when buying it is that it's very tight at the leg part and it shows in your jeans if you have thick legs.

Very comfortable I am 179lb 5’ 4” thought I would be a large but it wasn’t tight and it didn’t feel it was helping much it felt loose. I ordered a medium and I can feel it tightening without it being way to tight.! Overall I really enjoy this product! Can’t see it under clothes!
