I ordered the Moss & Stone 5 piece cookware set to replace a similar pan that got damaged during a recent move. This set was less expensive than the Copper Chef set I was attempting to replace and I love that this pan has a short handle on each side; making it easier to fit into my counter top oven when I'm cooking something that needs to go from the stove top straight into the oven. I love this set and use it constantly. Yesterday I used the frying pan to fry some eggs--without needing to use a single drop of oil! I used the larger pan to make a gallon of soup. These pans truly are non-stick. They are incredibly easy to clean. They are dishwasher safe, but I wash them by hand because all you have to do is touch a soapy sponge to them and they are clean. I have also used the larger pan for baking. The lid fits snugly on both pans. The frying basket is very nice and has a collapsible handle--it serves as a handle when you fry items and need to get the basket out of the pan, and it allows the basket to fit inside the larger pan when you store it. The only thing I cannot tell you is how the steamer works. I got this as an Amazon Warehouse item that was supposed to be "like new," but the steamer insert's legs were missing. If not for the omission, I would give this product 5 stars. ... show more
