The one time I got to use it, this food processor worked a champ. It was exactly what I was looking for. But, then I put the bowl and lid on the top rack of my dishwasher (as I have done with every other food processor I have ever owned). When I took them out, I couldn't get the lid on and then realized that the bowl had warped during the cleaning process. I've tried using hot water to try to fix it. My kid has a heat gun in her shop so I'm going to give that a shot. In the meantime, I'm going to try to find another that meets my needs. ... show more

For the price it works well and gets the job done. I felt a little dumb when I plugged it in and nothing was working. If you find yourself in this situation double check to make sure both the cup and lid are locked into place. I didn’t turn the lid far enough to hear a click the first time. It took me a minute to figure out that’s what the problem was. It could be common for them to not work without the lid being locked into place I just don’t ever use these things. This was bought for my mom who needed it for thanksgiving. Overall we both were satisfied with the purchase and would reccomend this product ... show more
