In this price range, I generally don't expect much. Not the case with this great quality product. Everything about this futon sofa bed has been top notch so far. Super fast delivery (a week) in two well packaged boxes. Assembly took literally 15 minutes. The futon looks great with the velvety fabric feeling luxurious at the touch and the reclining mechanism being well made and sturdy. Not sure if the fabric is stain-repellent but it certainly proved to be surprisingly easy to clean; my kids put it immediately to test with blood and chocolate, and both stains came off pretty easily without leaving a trace using a regular stain remover. The couch is sturdy, attractive and was easy to put together. We haven’t had anyone sleep on it yet, but it feels very comfortable to sit on currently. The most amazing thing about this couch is how easy it is to keep clean! I have two toddlers, and so far everything they’ve gotten on it has been removed without a trace (we use a white terry cloth towel and a gentle fabric cleaner) - so if you’re looking for a white couch when you really shouldn’t be, then this is a great option for you! Granted for this price point, we aren’t expecting it to last forever or even more than a few years, but definitely exceeds expectations thus far. The only reason I removed a star is because the back of the sofa is not upholstered in the white velvet-like material, and the black material they’ve used is a little cheap looking. But if you are planning to have this couch against the wall, or plan to use a throw over the couch then it’s not an issue - and again still a worthwhile buy considering the price. ... show more

Great couch for the price. It’s nice soft velvet and looks very modern. I found it pretty comfortable, firm but it doesn’t hurt like some reviews said. My friend slept on it and said it was comfy though would be too short for someone taller than 5’7. Overall very happy with the purchase.

This couch smells like strong chemical when you open it . The pad is very hard and when you put flat , it has big gap in between so very uncomfortable to lay on it . The sitting is not very good support and back is very low . You have to pay yourself to return . Bad customer service from seller .

Setup was a breeze. Two boxes, parts inside the sofa seemed like everything was perfect for my small space. As I positioned Chloe into my space, added some decorative pillows, and a nice throw a tear formed as I thought I had just completed the perfect room. Then I used it. This thing is cruel. You'll get by if you avoid any of the divisions and stay on one cushion at a time but the second you want to really put this thing through it's sofa bed paces it's over. A few days after putting it together I decided I'd give the bed functionality out for a spin. Like setup, the transformation from couch to bed is easy as can be. Within minutes I created a rather inviting but small looking bed in my living room. The sleeping part is punishment. I've made mistakes in my life but I don't think any of them warrant them pain of sleeping one night with Chloe. I've been more comfortable camping on a cot than this thing. Every crevice seemingly exists to maximize discomfort. The edges are hard as can be. Combined with the sinking of the cushions they kind of feel like they are protruding out and specifically designed to torture you. I've had others give me feedback such as: "Why did you buy this?" "I think you should stop buying stuff online" "I never want to sleep on that again" I've already purchased a new couch after only two months of use. I told my ex-wife the couch is actually really great and I'm giving it to her. ... show more

I absolutely adore this couch! It arrived a lot earlier than expected and it was pretty easy to assemble alone (although quite heavy). The texture is so soft and lovely but the firmness doesn’t allow it to be the most comfortable couch. However, it’s sturdy and holds up very well as a bed and can be make more comfortable with pillows and blankets.
