  • Direct Replacement
This fit my 99 Chevy Silverado 2500 4X4 perfectly. Moog is good quality. When it comes to front end and steering components, don't compromise on price. With that said, you will need to drop the steering box loose so you can get the pitman arm puller in place. If you are changing one of these, you will need a pitman arm puller if you don't have one already. It's a bear of a job doing it on the ground. In the end, it took all the slop out of the steering and the truck doesn't wander anymore. I changed the idler arm as well. Buy this pitman arm, it's good! ... show more

  • These are moog. Enough said.
Put these on my 06 and 03 Chevy dually's. Remove and replace is pretty straight forward (and there is a youtube that helps). I chose to replace the arm and the bracket since I had to remove the bracket anyway and would recommend doing so. Also changed out the pitman while I was at it. Steers like a million dollars now. ... show more

  • Good product, well made
The only issue I had was that it was a 4 spline and not a 3, which I didn’t see in product description. My 30 day return was denied, I work in outdoors so I didn’t work on truck in raining and windy conditions. So I’m eating the $80 product with no means to return. Better luck next time

  • Just what I needed.
I bought a pitman arm from a different company that only lasted a year. The ball joint snapped. This time I went with a reputable Manufacturer and so far, I haven't been let down. Time will tell.

  • Fit my 04 Tahoe LT.
I removed the steering gear box in order to remove it. I used the harbor freight pitman puller and had to chamfer the edges of the puller teeth for it to fit but it worked. Very little fluid comes out of the hose when you disconnect the gear box, but the box itself will leak some. Use a marker and make a line on the gear box and the old pitman arm so you can line the other one back up on install. Maybe even take pics so you don't accidentally put the new one on at a 90 degree from where it should be. Little nut was 21mm and the big one was 32mm. ... show more
