Love the black matte finish, with the rose gold almost copper numerals, hands and a sweeping minute hand. I looked at lots of clocks and finally found this one that has the 3 not positioned sideways! I also like that the maker trademark is not so blatant on the front. AND a very reasonable price!

Clock is lightweight and looks good. After 3 months of use, the noiseless clock suddenly started making lot of noise like someone mentioned like a gear grinding sound. It is really bothering me now. Trying to contact the seller about this. [update] contacted their customer service and they asked for a video of the clock. They verified it as defective and sent out a new one and got it in just a few days and it is very quiet like when we got it the first time. So customer service was good.
