Unit arrived from Amazon with concealed dents in the firebox piece. Took 2 shipments, but we finally got the correct replacement part. Easy to assemble with the included instructions. Conversion to natural gas was easy, if expensive at $100. Unit looks nice, the burner's v-shaped covers do not have slots in the center sections, so they do not flame up like my old Charbroil grill did, which is much better. 4 burners make it easy to use indirect heat to cook. ... show more

The grill is very nice looking. I bought this to treat my husband because he's wanted a big propane grill for quite some time now. It does take a good chunk of time to put together but MOST of the instructions in the manual are pretty straight forward. As someone else mentioned in one of the reviews the instructions for the side burner aren't very clear and it takes some time to figure that part out. Once it was put together though I was very happy with how it looked and how sturdy it is. The LED lights are a nice little touch. The problem I had with it, is that when we were grilling for the first time, everything seemed fine and good until the glass on the lid cracked for no apparent reason. The heat was on the lower setting and it just sorta cracked and glass shards dropped all over the chicken we were cooking. I'm assuming this was just a fluke as I've not seen anyone else complaining about this happening to them. The company was very accommodating though in sending a replacement piece of glass to fix it. It was a little bit of a pain in the butt to replace but I managed to get it done. Overall I'm happy with it. The heat distribution in the back of the grill could be a little bit better for cooking all the food placed on the grill at the same pace, but I've seen this issue with a handful of different grills. I would recommend it as it is pretty good so far and the food cooked taste very good. ... show more

It doesn’t feel as heavy duty as your higher end grills (Weber and Napoleon). The design seems practical though: No odd clips (that seem like they will rust off), fragile parts like the thermometer are built to be replaced easily. I expect it to hold up a while. I have the natural gas version it gets hot! ~650deg. It does lose ~15-20deg when I open the lid to flip quick. The temp is even! Grilled some porterhouse steaks on them and had almost perfect grill lines all around. I was very impressed. ... show more

Best value for the buck. Even heat, an ignitor that actually works, a side burner that is not like trying to cook with a match, rounded shelf corners so they do not shread your cover thru abrasion. This has it all, for WAY less then a comparable Weber, plus it's a stainless steel shell. Would buy again in a heartbeat. It was easy to assemble and the NG conversion was very simple. I love my Monument grill. I bought the cast iron skillet which was a great addition.

Assemble the grill takes 1 hour. But not able to use with Natural Gas. List of parts I have to buy separately and always out of stock. I bought this month but remaining parts will available on June month. I need to return this, but not sure how to deassemble it. Customer care not friendly no proper responses, they takes more than a day to respond message but no proper answers, no right directions even for returning or buying accessories for natural gas.
