  • So far so good
Color: Flat Dark Earth
Seems solid, clear picture, seems very well built. For a 5-25 power it's great for the price

  • Great Scope
Color: Flat Dark Earth
I have purchased two Monstrum G3 scopes and love them both. The clicks are easily felt and very audible. You can easily adjust the turrets to zero after zeroing the rifle. I would not have bought a second scope had I not tested and liked the first one. This is a very quality scope for the price.

  • Horrible
Color: Black
Unfortunately, I feel the need to write this bad review in hopes to save others from what I went through. I purchased this scope and received it in a broken stage. I did a refund and replacement with Amazon and received the second one. I took the second one to the range after using the bore sight and hoping the issues with the second one would be able to just be small to were I can live with it. But no the issues were bad. For starters I'm a vet with great aim at short and long distances so sighting in scopes is pretty simple to me yet it took an insaine amount of ammo to get this scope close to zero. After reading other reviews, I've notice a sad trend. This company makes great looking scopes but unfortunately cut just about every corner in quality. Now I need to wait 30 days to get my money back. Please stay far away from this scope. Buying this scope is right up there with playing Russian rullete. Not worth your hard earn money and time. ... show more

  • Great scope
Color: Flat Dark Earth
Clear view, Good zoom, don't really care for the flip up covers. I just take them off when in use.

  • Good if you aren't going to use illumination
Color: Black
Overall good build quality. Turrets are solid and easy to turn, not too stiff. On low power the reticle is great, but from about level 6 it starts looking hazy, and at max illumination it's unusable. Had to return.

  • Seems to be a good product
Color: Flat Dark Earth
Initial out of the box review before trying it at the range. I cannot evaluate if it holds zero yet, but here is my take out of the box. First, the field of view is excellent for my eyes, and stays good at every power. Glass is excellent for the price range of the scope. The dial for the color in the reticle is very stiff and I could only turn it using gloves. In the field, it would not be very practical, but since I usually keep it on black, it shouldn't be a problem for me. I would give it a 5 star rating except for one issue. The MOA marks on the reticle are just not easy to distinguish below 12 power. The 10 MOA marks are easy to see, but how often in a hunting venue will you actually need to worry about adjusting 10 MOA? For me, probably never. The parallax does adjust to infinity, but has specific settings out to 1000 yards, so it might serve competition shooters. For me, I use it for hunting, and I cannot conceive of taking a 1000 yard shot at any game. The elevation and windage adjustments are very easy to use. The sound of the click is not audible, but the feeling of the click is very easy to feel. Personally, I like that. I would prefer using the reticle in the scope, but if I am shooting on 6 to 9 power at 300 to 500 yards, I will probably have to have time to adjust the scope with the windage and elevation adjustments. I can't see the MOA markers well enough at those powers to get accurate. If the MOA markers were more visible at the lower powers, this scope would definitely be a 5 star for me. If the scope holds zero at the range on my 300 Win Mag, I will definitely consider buying another one for another rifle. ... show more

Works great with my 556. Adjustments are smooth and accurate. Holds true after 84 pops . Zoom is quite powerful. Has a separate focus for 100-1000 on the side. Well worth the price!
