Had this scope for almost a year and it’s been great. Stays on my rifle wrapped in a hard case safe & sounds. Issues started last time I went to take it out, suddenly the optic won’t zoom out past 1.5x. I’ve now contacted customer support 3 times over the past month and have heard 0, nada, nothing in return.
