  • great shock
They were easy to install. I was nervous at first because they were(Shipped) 5" shorter than the ones in my silverado. they extended right out though. I have a great ride empty, i keep them at 30 p.s.i.

  • Great support
I installed these on my 2018 Silverado. I haul around a lot of tools as a carpenter and pull a trailer once in while, my old shocks were just too soft. After installing these I found that 30 psi was a little stiff but 20 psi, that being the minimum, was just right. Haven’t pull my camper yet, but I’m sure these will help with the soggy feeling of the truck/camper hookup. The shocks only went as high as my A/C could go, @ 120 psi. which lifted the rear about 2”. Again, might help with the camper. Great product, easy to install. ... show more

  • Great Shocks
Everything went together good , didn't even need to look at the instructions ... put these on the rear of a 50 Merc , just had to press out the inner steel bushings to accommodate the larger shaft size on the mounting stems of the car. Tightened the air lines by hand , aired all the way up , then let back down, then aired up to the height I wanted and all was good. Did Not pop a line off like some people claim. ... show more

  • Fit good
Installed easily, I would recommend to drop spare tire out from under truck to run lines, I didn't even have to drill holes for line clips, used existing wire harness fasteners for lines, had to test system at 90 psi and blew 2 different lines off 1 on each test but didn't tighten the fittings tight enough, after I tighten them up as tight as I could with my hand they worked good, DON'T USE TOOLS TO TIGHTEN THEM THERE PLASTIC FITTINGS, let the psi down to 45 psi to see how it handles my rv on it ... show more

  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
WHAT A JOKE! These are so poorly made that the cheap air lines won't hold air and the connections and o-rings back out of the plastic nuts when we tried to add air. Got to 90 lbs of air and then they blew the O-rings. Reset that one, added air again and then it blows yet another o-ring.The shocks themselves may be ok (if you could ever get the lines to hold air) but MONROE decided to build them on the cheap and provide the customer with all plastic hook-up parts. I mean the nuts are plastic, the "T" connection is all plastic and even the Shrader valve is plastic. For a few bucks more Monroe could have provided brass fittings and then I would not have to return this crap. Wasted 3 hours removing my shocks, installing the new Monroe's, then spent an hour trying to fix all the air leaks only to succumb to the idea that this is POOR quality at best. Then had to remove the Monroes and reinstall my original shocks. Remember the old adage "You get what you pay for"?... Well this one PROVES it ! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP !!! Monroe should be ashamed as this is hideous quality control and engineering. GO GABRIEL ! Buyer beware... if you want to spend 3 hours only to be royally PO'd - this is the shock you should buy because it WILL deliver you into a mindset of anger and total frustration. ... show more

  • As advertised
My truck has 138000+ so it was time for rear shocks. I had 1 leaf break last year so decided to go with air shocks for the extra assist. Im running 60lbs and the ride is good I do notice less body roll when cornering as expected. I've run air shocks for many years as a cheap fix to soft suspension so I'm happy with the kit. These are an average air shock nothing special so not much to rave about. The were a good price and quality so I would purchase these again. ... show more

  • Holding its pressure so far.
So far the shocks are holding the pressure of 50LBS. Can pressure up to 150 lbs I believe.
