I bought this to work at my desk at home. I have a bad back and my legs and feet swell while seated all day. The heat and massage in this chair has been such a relief. I think I like the support below my knees as much as the massage feature. I had purchased a different chair last year that supported my calves but left my feet and knees unsupported and when you sit for long periods of time you need that support. ... show more

I don't know how much you have to send to get durability and quality but apparently this is not enough. Put it all together, sat in it 2 nights, took it all apart, boxed it back up and made Amazon come and get it. Not comfortable, flimsy build and certainly wouldn't last a week in my house before it was falling apart. BT speakers sound like garbage, massager is terrible, and materials super thin. Plus it slid like ice on my hard wood floors. God's prayers if you buy this. ... show more
