I received this relaxing chair in 2 boxes/2 days apart. It was easy and fast to assemble and I am not good at reading directions, but look at it and had it together in 5 minutes. I have spinal injury and it was hard to move where I wanted it, so I would put it together close to where you plan to set it. It has a contour low back support that I love about this chair. It’s sturdy, comfortable and the heat is great. The vibration is there if you like that, but I keep it off most of the time. My grand kids run it non stop when they are here. It’s a very comfortable chair and unbelievable for the price. I wish I had bought one bigger. I’m 5” 8” and weigh 155. It’s plenty wide enough, however my ankles hang off when I recline; but it’s not a problem for me. However, I have over 6 foot sons and everyone goes for my recliner. I love that they enjoy it as well as my grandchildren. It’s sturdy and back support is better than in any chair I have ever purchased. It’s worth the wait and definitely the cost. I’m happy with my purchase and considering buying a second one. ... show more

Keep in mind i went from a super cheap recliner that was falling apart to this guy. Anything would have felt better after the other one lol. In all reality this is a pretty good chair for the price. The massage function is pointless to me it just vibrates and I don't even feel it to be honest, My wife is smaller and she can barely feel it too. The heat function works great, that is my wifes favorite part about the chair, no more heating pad. and the comfort is pretty good. I do like that it swivels although I hate that it swivels if you know what I mean. it great when you want it but feel like i drift over to the side a lot at times. ... show more

What you see advertised on Amazon, looks great, but what you end up getting let's you a bit down and wanting more. First all this is a totally Chinese type of Ikea furniture, it comes in a small box, so right there it will make you wonder if you got everything, we'll you do, the size of this chair is large but excuse me not American large, lol, I think this chair would be better suited for my 17 yr old. Look at the pictures I added and decide. Now putting this thing together was not difficult but it will show you the quality of this thing, that beat up sofaof mine you see, lasted me 7 years, I seriously doubt this will be around that long. The materials are thin and feels cheap, the "Massage feature" Well it's a joke really" more gimmick than useful seriously doubt this is worth what I paid for it, you probably could have bought this on Temu for a lot cheaper.Also the armrests are a joke and ate floppy they don't stay put and move around. The metal frame for the armrest supports is dangerous hit myself twice by accident and hurt my heal and knee.The pros, the back rest is firm, the rocker swivel function is good, does not take up a lot of space like my old rocker. So there you decide. Would I buy this again or recommend this??? Nope seriously thinking about sending this back. ... show more

Ok Frist the good news is it's a great looking recliner and fairly easy to assemble. I liked the heated massage in the seat, footrest and backrest, and it's super comfy to set in reclined or not. OK now for the bad news just after one year the recliner heating part quit working and the pull cable broke part at the Weld for the reclining mechanism, so no more reclining and no more heat either, but it's a nice-looking chair. ... show more

The chair was easy to assemble. There was one glitch: attaching one of the brackets was difficult because the bracket did not fit properly. We had to use a wrench to help screw things in place. Once that was done, the chair is fantastic.

I must say I am quite pleased with my purchase of this recliner! It is well made, comfortable, lumbar heat setting as well as vibration from head down to legs. Great to look forward to come home to after a long day at work. Easy to assemble. I had help though. Love that you can swivel. No more neck aches turning your head. Just swivel! Oh and did I mention it’s also a rocker?! Two cup holders! One for cell phone. Side pocket for remote storage. Best purchase I ever made! ... show more

I dont know what to say about these types of chairs.. and by these types of chairs I mean with the weird rocking mechanism... this is my second chair like this and after a few months of hard rocking on them something starts becoming misaligned and the chair rocks weird and makes this horrible cracking sound. It feels like the chair is off track... if you keep rocking through the ride it puts you on and the horrible sounds it makes, when it went back into place, it felt like I was falling... it gave me quite the thrill of dying. The chat ended up fixing itself. Other than that they are decent chairs. They also have a weird arm rest build without much cushion. This chair had a higher price tag than my other one but does seem slightly better. For example on this one I can't feel the heating/vibrating devices on my butt like I can the other one. This is a decent cheap chair for someone who is very hard on the chairs they sit on. It is cheap and comfortable. Double cup holders are nice. Be careful there seems to be a weird break in period. The chair does squeak and make a lot of noise. Only 2 stars.. may have given 3, but that break in period... i thought the chair was going to fall apart... most people would have sent it back at that point. I do recommend this chair if the feeling of falling out of your chair is the thing that gets ya going. You will enjoy a period of that for about 350 bucks.. ... show more
