Only one issue it does not recline back very far, I'm unable to sleep in the sitting position. The recliner is awesome. The assembly was easy and I assembled the recliner before I had found the instructions. We ordered one chair for my husband who has difficulty getting up from a chair. We both liked the ease of use. The chair was very comfortable to sit in. The upholstery is perfect - easy to clean and feels good on the skin. The chair does not overwhelm the room. It fits in well with other furniture. We chose a red chair as it went well with the other furniture colors. We were so pleased with the chair that we ordered a second one! The second chair was placed in the main bedroom for the wife. She frequently watches her TV programs in the bedroom. The assistance in getting out of the chair is appreciated. This chair if off white and looks very nice in the room. We both love our chairs! I'm updating my original review. This is a very good lift recliner. My Dad is really enjoying it. The recliner is comfortable and easy to use. We got the medium chair because his room is small & it's just what we needed. That being said, it is not a zero-wall recliner so you need ample space behind it if you want to fully recline. Please note that this chair comes in 2 separate boxes and will arrive on 2 different days. This was very frustrating as we only received one tracking number. After a few exchanges with MCombo, we were able to get the other tracking number. One of the boxes arrived with some damage but the chair was not damaged. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the customer service. The chair was pretty easy to put together after we watched a YouTube video. ... show more

Purchased for my 76 year old father who's not in very good shape. Not only is this unit very supportive with cushioning to help hold a good posture in any position, but it's very comfortable and practical and helps him stand up, must be on a carpet or area rug for him to feel safe, however. Directly on the hardwood the chair does tend to want to slip backwards as the person is pushing back against the chair more horizontally. As soon as we put an area rug down we set the chair on there and he felt much more stable standing up in the chairs most raised position. Absolutely recommend a chair it is pretty comfortable and looks great. The cup holders are actually super convenient. The heating unit gets pretty warm on the small of your back after it breaks in after running a couple Cycles. The vibration is a nice added feature, would be disappointed if it was strictly a massage chair with an incline feature but it's the opposite so the massaging capabilities being a five or six out of 10 are still a nice touch because it's just a bonus anyway. POSSIBLE CAUTIONARY CON: my father did say as he was on his way up the first couple times he was afraid of how the material allows you to just slip right off. I'm not sure how one avoids this because yes it is a very smooth material that you would get dumped off of if you didn't use your legs to hold yourself back. Again with the area rug we put it on, this basically eliminated the problem but one does have to hold himself up to a standing position when the chair begins to get up to the highest point. This is the same with any other chair I would imagine is not particular to this chair, one must use your legs of course to stand and it puts you in that position in no time. My father has weak legs and still able to use this just fine with a couple practice tries. Someone with extremely weak legs I could see having an issue, but then again standing up in the first place off of a normal position what all should be difficult and this chair at least gives you the option to stop the raising at any time allowing you to pick the position that you want to try to stand up from. Maybe all the way up isn't good but three quarters of the way in that case maybe best. Highly recommend the chair best money I've spent in a while ... show more

This chair is awesome. I had a knee replacement and torn kneecap tendon. I cannot get up from the chair without help. This chair lowers you into a reclined position. When you want to stand the chair will lift you to a standing position. It moves in a slow controlled motion. It also has heat and vibrate mode. I weigh 250 pounds and this is a very stable chair The frame isturdy and heavy duty . I could not be happier. This definitely beats laying in bed all the time. Helps you be more self sufgicient ... show more

First let me tell you I thought I would not get this chair. I mean I ordered it, paid for it and then it was delivered to the wrong place. I called Amazon and they were super sweet, but couldn't do anything about a refund without a police report being filed. I was devastated. Good news we found it down the road at an empty house. Anyway...This chair is very nice. Got it for when my elderly mother in law stays with us. It lifts, heats and massages. Some say not very well, but we think it's great. This size is smaller. The women that have used it are in the 130 to 150 lb. range. Only 4 stars because the material on the foot portion has already got some nail holes from my bloodhound pawing it. So be aware of that. But for the price and comfort, I would buy it again. Hope this helps someone. ... show more
