I did need a professional to clear the lines and upgrade the pipes between units as I could not get a good seal with the factory pipes. Had the factory pipes been sufficient I'd of given 5 stars. The air conditioner works, gives a bit of a mildew smell sometimes. The worst part was that it was missing the remote control and finding a compatible one has been need impossible.

I needed directions to the wiring. Great looking product, but disappointing support from the manufacturer.
