Plus side it does a good job of cooling a small room. Downside is the panels do not sit flush against the open window. Instructions recommend bolting them down with l brackets, but the holes are on the wrong side so it wouldn’t actually fix the issue. Honestly they could have just done a better job designing it. Doesn't have the strongest fan to push the air. It also didn't have drain holes which I just drilled a hole in the bottom because the fan was kicking water up from a puddle in the motor area. Had to use the remote to start it up but after that buttons on device worked. Did it's job.
