My dogs are always excited to get these. Since I have four dogs, to make them last a little longer, I give each of them a half of one of these everyday (so that I’m only using two a day instead of four). They are thin in the middle area which makes them easy for me to break them in half. They take a little longer to eat than a lot of their other dog treats, so this is usually the last treat I give them before I leave for work to keep them focused on that instead of me leaving. They are always happy to get their minties and I’m sure they help with their teeth. Minties cost less than Greenies and my dogs like them just as well if not better than the Greenies. ... show more

Even though my dog loves these as a treat, they do NOT clean the tartar off her teeth. I have had dogs all my life and have never had a tartar problem~~until I started using Minties to avoid having a tartar problem. Disappointed~~gonna try a different brand..... =(

I think the vanilla or cream part upset my dog's stomach. We tried them twice, both times he threw up afterwards. He did think they were tasty though, I guess they have that going for them.

this is the only dental chew i think that does help on dental breath.. i just hope they're a little bit softer so i feel more comfortable giving it to my senior dog as she ages...
